Tracey started her career at Bournemouth college 29 years ago. She trained as a hairdresser and beauty therapist. Upon leaving college she worked in the beauty industry for a while, before being invited by a friend to work in her barbershop ( although it took some persuading as she didn’t think it would be the career for her!!!). After working in a few shops over the years she realised she had found her niche, so when the opportunity arose to open her own shop she took it & in 2002 Blades of Highcliffe was opened then in 2015 Tracey joined forces with Terrie and Blades of Bearwood opened its doors. Tracey works between the two sites and still has a passion for her trade so likes to be very hands on still whilst running the shops. 

Terrie has over 34 years’ experience in the industry. She studied all aspects of the trade and has spent many years as an all round hairstylist. This took her to London for 10 years after which she returned to Bournemouth in 2003 to continue ladies hairdressing. In 2012 Terrie decided to focus her passion for hair to Gents cutting and styling and in 2015 joined forces with Tracey to open her own barber shop.

Brad started his career at Rags in Bournemouth training in both ladies and gents hair, he moved onto work for another large hairdressing franchise locally before moving on to opening his own salon which he ran successfully until he decided to focus predominantly on gents hairdressing, he ran his own barber shop before joining our team in 2018.

Jack started his career back in 2009 as an apprentice working in a unisex salon, so he got to work with ladies and gents hair and regularly entered competitions to show off his cutting and colouring skills!! A couple of years ago he decided to concentrate more on gents hair and moved to a Bournemouth barber shop before joining us in 2021.
